About ordering and payment:
What payment methods are available?
In Portugal, payment can be made using a Multibanco Reference and Credit Card. A previously purchased gift card can also be used.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Europe. We are not responsible for the application of customs fees on shipments to countries outside the European Union.
How is my order shipped?
Shipping is done via CTT Expresso, NACEX, UPS, depending on the destination.
Is there any way I can track the status of my shipment?
Yes, you can track your shipment using a code that will be provided to you after your order has been shipped and that will be sent to the email address provided on the order form.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
O envio pode demorar uma ou duas semanas, dependendo do número de pedidos.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and receive a refund of the payment already made. However, this condition does not apply to personalized products or special orders; orders that fall under this criterion can only be canceled before they are created.

We ship to all of Europe, and soon to any part of the world, delivered to the desired address.

About the exchange and return policy:

Exchanges or returns are accepted and made under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use and the request for exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all of its components present.

We do not assume any responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product, if this is done independently by the customer.

If you wish to make a return, you can send the order to the sender address.

In case of exchange, you must always mention your order number, which product you wish to return and which size and model you want, either by email (beri@beri.pt), or phone (+351 256 135 003 – call to national fixed network).

If you are not satisfied or if, for any reason, you need to exchange your order, all postage for exchange/return will be borne by the customer.

After receiving the product and verifying its good condition, the amount will be refunded via the same method of payment or a new product will be sent. If you wish to exchange it for a product of a different value, this will be settled before a new pair is sent.
