Shopping at Beri is Simple
Shopping at Beri is Simple
Exchanges or returns are accepted and made under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use and the request for exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order;
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all of its components present.
We do not assume any responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product, if this is done independently by the customer.
If you wish to make a return, you can send the order to the sender address.
In case of exchange, you must always mention your order number, which product you wish to return and which size and model you want, either by email (beri@beri.pt) or phone (+351 256 135 003 – call to national fixed network).
If you are not satisfied or if, for any reason, you need to exchange your order, all postage for exchange/return will be borne by the customer.
After receiving the product and verifying its good condition, the amount will be refunded via the same method of payment or a new product will be sent. If you wish to exchange it for a product of a different value, this will be settled before a new pair is sent.
